We use UV cured inks to produce our glassware designs. This process creates a decal that is more resistant to water, scratches/wear and fading. These, however, are not dishwasher safe. Please hand wash your glasses to preserve design.
Safety First. If glass is broken(or chipped), for your safety please discontinue use and discard.
Please note that product delivery will differ based on when you make your purchase and the product format (ie. a digital or physical product). For more information, please refer to the product description, and/or your receipt of purchase.
General
We may ship the Products listed on the Order Confirmation individually, based on availability. Each shipment will constitute a separate sale, and you will be responsible for paying for each Product shipped whether the shipment is a full or partial order fulfillment. You can review all shipping fees at checkout.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Pre-Orders.
Please refer to our policy page for detailed information regarding Pre-Orders.
If we are unable to deliver the Products because of your failure to provide appropriate instructions, address(es), documents, or authorizations: (i) any Product loss will become your responsibility; (ii) the Products will be considered delivered; and (iii) we may, at our discretion, store the Products until you pick them up, with Purchaser being liable for all related costs and expenses.
Tracking Information
You may receive status updates about your order via email or SMS, based on your selected contact preferences. If available for the shipping service you selected, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number*. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
*We do offer some items with Free Shipping via USPS First Class Letter Mail. This method of shipping does not include tracking or insurance, however you can upgrade your shipment to include those services at checkout.
Non-Delivery
The number of Products as recorded by Seller upon dispatch of the Order is evidence of the quantity received by the Purchaser upon delivery. Seller is not liable for any non-delivery of Products unless Purchaser gives written notice to Seller of the non-delivery within 14 days of the date when the Products would in the ordinary course of business have been received. Any liability of Seller for non-delivery of the Products shall be limited to the cost actual quantity of Products that were not delivered. Seller has no liability beyond that cost.
Disclaimer
This shop is not responsible for any damages or lost items once they have been accepted by the shipping company. Any issues with damage, loss or delays must be addressed with the shipping company.

We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return select items** in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE. Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you choose not to buy Redo, or would like a full refund, you can still return items, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. But don't stress about logistics - we will generate your label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Returns must be initiated in the returns portal within 30 days of delivery and your items must be returned within the designated return window.
