Free Returns for Store Credit with Redo

We offer returns - on select products - for store credit only. 

 

To be eligible for store credit, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached. If you received a defective product or incorrect item in your order, you will be asked to provide details during the return process. 

Digital products, sale items, stickers, and certain made-to-order products, including embroidery items and phone cases, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit. Thank you for your understanding!

Exchanges

We are not currently able to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or style, you will need to initiate a return of the original items and place a new order. 

Store credit will be issued once we received the original item(s) and have verified that the return met the return policy guidelines. 

Return Shipping Label

We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each individual item. 

If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return items but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Don't stress about logistics - we will generate your label and deduct the cost from your refund. 

Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Returns must be initiated in the returns portal within 30 days of delivery and your items must be returned within the designated return window.
